Canyonlands Maze District Full Day Tour
A unique wild card trek with unbelievable Native American Rock Art
Service Description
Our Maze District option is the famed Horseshoe Canyon, featuring the most incredible Native American Rock Art in North America, reached through a massive gorgeous canyon. After a 1.5 hr drive that concludes down a lonesome dusty road to seemingly nowhere, the bottom drops out of the plateau to reveal our route- a 7 mile out-and-back trek into the heart of the canyon, traversing numerous very large intricate rock art panels, including the Great Gallery itself. Total Walk/Hike: 7 mi Length/Cost: ~8 hrs (can take 1-2 extra hours round trip depending on hiking speed) from $1,175

Once payment is processed, your receipt will send to the email address above, and will serve as confirmation of your booking(s), for the activity(ies), date(s), and time(s) referenced below, or in any attached itinerary. If we together make any changes to dates, start times, or activity content over phone, email, or text, please refer to that updated information. We will be at the designated meeting place, typically your lodging, unless an alternate meeting is specified elsewhere. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Outside of 30 days before activity start, we are able to refund all costs (except for Bespoke Expedition Service.) 75% refunds are available within 24-72 hrs of activity start. There are no refunds available within 24 hours, or for "no call, no show" on the part of the guest(s). Any of these costs may be able to be waived, at Sand & Stars' sole discretion, as a courtesy and on a case-by-case basis in good faith. Sand & Stars will make every effort to accommodate a rain check or full transferable credit for a later booking, for any un-refunded portion, or even to issue full refunds at any time, due to extenuating circumstances out of guest control. A full refund will be issued in the event of a weather/safety cancellation for each affected activity and/or night of accommodation, made at the sole discretion of Sand & Stars. You may prefer to have trip insurance for additional assurance.
