Service Description
The highlight is Dead Horse Point State Park, but your favorite might be the large arch or two away from the crowds, Native American rock art, dinosaur tracks, river views, or the fun 4x4 dirt roads to stunning remote vistas. We have endless variations to personalize your custom route centered around a journey to the state park, with lots of awesome stops sprinkled in along the way, all amounting to a very engaging and diverse day you are unlikely to ever forget. Extended time vs Half Day: If you have fallen in love with places off of the beaten path, we can see more, and with longer hikes at the various stops. We can include more of either/both dinosaur tracks and bones and rock art too! Total Walk/Hike Range (Personalized): 1-5 mi, 3 mi typical Length/Cost: ~6 hrs, from $875
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your business. We welcome the opportunity to assist with your trip and to exceed expectations. Please contact us if any information is incorrect, or with any additional needs/questions. Once payment is processed, your receipt will send to the email address above, and will serve as confirmation of your booking(s), for the activity(ies), date(s), and time(s) referenced below, or in any attached itinerary. If we together make any changes to dates, start times, or activity content over phone, email, or text, please refer to that updated information. We will be at the designated meeting place, typically your lodging, unless an alternate meeting is specified elsewhere. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Outside of 30 days before activity start, we are able to refund all costs (except for Bespoke Expedition Service.) 75% refunds are available within 24-72 hrs of activity start. There are no refunds available within 24 hours, or for "no call, no show" on the part of the guest(s). Any of these costs may be able to be waived, at Sand & Stars' sole discretion, as a courtesy and on a case-by-case basis in good faith. Sand & Stars will make every effort to accommodate a rain check or full transferable credit for a later booking, for any un-refunded portion, or even to issue full refunds at any time, due to extenuating circumstances out of guest control. A full refund will be issued in the event of a weather/safety cancellation for each affected activity and/or night of accommodation, made at the sole discretion of Sand & Stars. You may prefer to have trip insurance for additional assurance.
